The title screen now greets me with Mario screaming the title of the game and an instrumental version of "Jump Up, Super Star!". I started up the Odyssey for the first time and headed to the Sand Kingdom with Cappy.

I arrived in Hateno Village at a good time. It was the Blood Moon. I decided to hang out and mingle for a while.

The Meta Knightmare re-run continues! This time it's Lv3 and 4 I'm doing more quickly.

Public transport services came back so I decided to head out and look at the damage caused by Ophelia. It was no longer a category 3 hurricane by the time it got to us, but it still did a lot of damage, especially to trees. While commuting I played Meta Knightmare Returns again to improve on my times and for fun.

Hurricane Ophelia weakened but it left me without electricity and internet for a couple of days. I spent one of the dark nights playing Berzerk for the Atari 2600 on my Atari Flashback Portable while listening to a battery powered radio.

Now that I was in Kakariko, I decided to mingle around! First though I climbed up the wall of the pass and plucked arrows out of the village entrance and collected my 4th Korok seed, which was on a ledge under a rock.

I left the Riverside Stable and soon came across a bridge. On the bridge a Bokoblin was attacking a woman!

At this point Joseph was EL 465 Blue Mage and I was EL 171 Knight. No Nova with us this time sadly. Just Gobbie the Goblin, on its own quest to gain experience! Joe was also developing his Blue Mage skills :)

I went on to face Mr. Frosty, sticking with Sword Hero. I tend to stick with one class in RPGs. My teammate was a Beam Mage.

Now to try this game for the first time. The first quest was versus Gigant Edge. I chose the Sword Hero. I had no other players so the game gave me a CPU controlled Doctor Healmore teammate.
