I finally got the Korok seed from the golfing puzzle north of Gerudo tower!
I went back up there and made sure the place was clear of enemies and distractions. I had to wait for a blood moon to pass so I let it pass, skip the cut scene, whatever. Then I used stasis on the rock and gave it two taps towards the hole. It got stuck so I gave it a little push. It rolled into the hole and I finally got the Korok! Area cleared! I'm not coming back!!!
