After doing the best we could on Deist Island, we headed back to Altair, where we learned that Hilda was behaving strangely.

We were now the egg bearers and the last hope of the wyverns. We had to go back into the cave on Deist and place the egg in the underground spring there. However, we still had that big guy to fight, who turned out to be three big Chimeras, each with three heads!

On following the Dreadnought west, we found that it had already destroyed Poft, Paloom, Altair and Gatrea and killed almost everybody.

Now that we had the mythril, we headed back to Altair. It was great to finally have some material for new weapons and armour. The only problem was, we couldn't afford full sets!

Our first meeting with Josef was an unhappy one, as the empire had kidnapped the townspeople to slave away in the mythril mines to the south.

We're a bit braver and more able to travel further now that we have Minwu(and his canoe!), so we rowed across the lake from Altair and headed to Paloom.

We returned to Hilda with the sad news from Finn and didn't tell her about Scott's feelings. She commended us on our infiltration mission however, and gave us the opportunity to help with the rebel cause. We now have access to Minwu and his canoe! I love how those two words rhyme :)
