Above upper Karusa Valley is a platform with a big hole in it. On one of the cliffs of this platform is a smaller platform with a Korok hiding under a rock. I warped to Gerudo Tower and flew northwest in order to reach it. I wasn't gonna climb all the way up here from below in the valley itself!
