I climbed to the plateau of Gerudo Highlands and hiked west across it, sneaking past the Lynel with my mask. I had to take off my snow boots though, because I needed my warmer gear to make up for it. I kinda wish the snow boots had better cold resistance and my Rito gear was better for trudging through snow.
Anyway I reached the west end of the plateau and found a timed platform. I had to glide through a ring and hit an updraught on the way to get another Korok seed.
