From the last post I glided down to the west entrance to Kakariko Village. I shot an arrow at the symbol on the gate, but it didn't work. Then I shot at the flags and that didn't work either. Then I shot the symbol on the inside of the gate and it finally worked. A Korok appeared and gave me a seed.
I gotta say I'm not a fan of that, seeing how limited arrows are in this game.
