"Cannon Bear Run" is the name of stage 2-1. Nice reference to Cannonball Run! This stage is called so because of the enemies that are like Bullet Bills from the Mario games.

Now for the first boss in the game! It's a massive bee, just like the zing sting things from Donkey Kong Country! This level is titled "Big Bee Attacks!"

1-6 is Trash Castle, no doubt inspired by the castle stages at the end of worlds in Mario games. The music here has a dramatic and serious tone to it and it takes place at night.

Stage 1-A, called "Puzzle Crates", is the first puzzle platform stage and costs a few of the salmon coins I collected to play. It also uses the Wii U GamePad as well as regular platforming, so that means Log Games put in a decent bit of effort to make use of the hardware. Nice one :)

Stage 1-X is titled "Bumper Wall Jumps". I got here by finding the secret warp exit in stage 1-3! I like to imagine Dumpster Bear found a secret area by searching thoroughly in the dark, something that a regular laybearson would overlook and miss out on some secrets.

We were now the egg bearers and the last hope of the wyverns. We had to go back into the cave on Deist and place the egg in the underground spring there. However, we still had that big guy to fight, who turned out to be three big Chimeras, each with three heads!
