Level 1-D costs 75 coins to unlock. Many multi-directional crates clustered together here.
The red salmon coins here all seemed to be out of range. Not to worry though, as there's always a crate somewhere that can help you reach them all. The second coin is fairly tricky as it's stuck between crates. I had to have the crates moving while doing some platforming at this point. Still very doable though :)
