Dear Readers,
At the final floor of the Lifespring Grotto, we had a choice between two bosses. Shinryu was the less difficult of the two but it still took long enough.
We stuck to the usual hasting and attacking strategy, though Joseph was a bit busier with healing duties. We eventually beat Shinryu and obtained the Ragnarok on defeating it. I gave it to Nova, and then gave the Masamune to Joseph, now making him a heavy hitter. Yay!
In the chest nearby there was a Hero's Shield, which I also gave to Nova.
Now to go through all 20 floors of this dungeon again to face the other boss!
