I decided to take on the "Path Of Hidden Winds" trial at Sha Warvo Shrine.
In this shrine I had to ride the updraught of wind turbines to get to higher platforms. At one point I had to take out a Guardian Scout I.
Two chests were here. One had 50 rupees and the other had a Knight's Bow.
There was one point where the wind didn't take me high enough. I had to glide around the column to find a hidden wind turbine inside it and that took me high enough to reach the monk.
