I decided to do the "Pushing Power" trial at Ne'ez Yohma Shrine.

In this shrine was a big walkable slope with water flowing down it. There were big rolling rocks that stopped when I got to the top for some reason. I had to push the big ball that was at the top and guide it to the bowl at the bottom without letting it roll down into the pit.

I had to use Cryonis to push and hold the ball in various places. It was too big to pick up. I then had to use Stasis to slow it down at the bottom and push it over to the bowl. This opened the way to the monk.

There was a Zora's Spear in a treasure chest here but I left it for now.
