The last time I was at Shai Utoh Shrine, I thought I needed the Stasis upgrade, but now it turns out I didn't!
The part that got me before was the last see saw platform. Now that I had the Stasis upgrade I could see that it made no difference here. I was able to actually get a good run up it in order to get to the monk.
I found another way too — the metal treasure chest earlier in the room I was able to magnetise and throw on the opposite end of the previous seesaw to catapult me up into the air and gain enough height to glide over to the monk. I was also able to do this to reach the other treasure chest that was up really high. I should've taken that as a hint! Finally I was able to complete this shrine :)
The treasure chest had an Ancient Core in it.
