Dear Readers,
Kass' journal said something about Jeddo Bridge and West Hyrule Plains, so I went there and sure enough, he was there playing his accordion. I had a chat with him.
According to the song he had about this place, I had to shoot one arrow through two of the holes in the rocks around here in the same shot. It came up as "The Two Rings" in shrine quests.
There were quite a few of these ring rocks in this area. None of them were lining up until I found one pair towards the west that did. I changed bows to one that fired just a single shot and let an arrow fly through these two holes. When I did this, Sheem Dagoze Shrine burst from the ground. It worked :)
